Darkswords has added to new religions: Cult of Order and Cult of Chaos. Each cult now is at war with 3 other ones and the followers get religion experience for their kills accordingly. We will soon update the ratings with appropriate religion ranks for new cults.
Three new mob types have been added: Swordsman (uses Seeking Blade), Order Adept, Chaos Adept. Religious mobs will now randomly choose two of religion skills (one from offensive skills like Double Hit or Critical Magic and one of defensive like Precognition etc.)
Eight more religion guilds have been added: information on them is available in library section of homepage. Precognition is basically a counter for Suprise Hit, Double Defense works against Double Hit and so on. If you, for example have 15 levels of Triple Magic and your opponent has 15 levels of Triple Resist you will not score triple magic attack ever.

Two more items have been added, but are not flawless yet, so read closely:

1. Cursed Water
Cursed Water is supposed to switch Lycantrophy and Porphyria abilities. You can drink it like a pot, however its not activated yet.

2. Road Home
Road Home is a soulbound item that for now is only avaiable for new characters that do the Tutorial. You can use it once every 24 hours to be returned to the star you are born at. It also works between continents. As soon as the new client is avaiable this item will also be avaiable to all other players. You can then get it by clicking "Enter" on a star.

1. Bosses got access to Stun and Disembowel. Rewards got changed accordingly.
2. Sun and Moon cultist mobiles will now only have 1 religion skill instead of two.
3. Characters not affected by Porphyry/Lycranthropy stages 2-3 can now bandage their wounds with Bandages (Simple for levels 179 and less, Bactericide for levels 359 and less, Elastic for 360+).
4. It will now be possible to set a siege on a territory after failing one in 14 days even if noone else sieged that territory.
5. Character's Suppression effect (from essences) will now be substracted from targets Absorb and Reflect values.

It is now possible to resell Extractors and Furnaces to the Plat Shops.

There will be slight changes in the damage calculation of Mass Magic (Fire Storm, Chain Lightning and Ice Storm).
When used the will deal 10% less damage for every consecutive target they hit (as in 100% to the main target, 90% to 2nd one, 80% to 3rd etc), but no less than 20% of original damage.

The following abilities will be available to the characters:
-- Human: Immunity, an ability that protects the user from negative effects, like Frozen, Shocked, Stun, Open Wounds etc.
-- Elves: Shadowdance, doubles Armor Class;
-- Orcs: Rampage, adds weapon damage to every physical hit dealt (similar to Knockdown effect), doubles physical damage when the target is under effects of Disembowel;
-- Drow: Manashield, an ability that will count mana as health for purposes of determining damage when getting hit, with the factor of 3 damage to 1 mana (this negates effects of Layered Defense);
-- Dwarves: Mountain King, which has 5 layers of invulnerability to both spells cast and hits dealt to the character.

This abilities have 30 second duration and 180 seconds of cooldown.

Knockdown update
Knockdown will again work against characters wielding Spears and Staves but with half the normal chance of success.

Caravan Mini Event

Darkswords has launched a Caravan mini event in the Desert area. Once an hour or two (or three, who knows) a Caravan starts crossing the desert. It doesnt go very fast, but isnt either too slow. It will not react to people attacking it and will keep moving with its pace. Upon reaching its destination it will simply disappear. If you manage to "kill" or rob it by then, you are in for some good loot.
